Return Policy
In order to receive a full refund items must be in new condition and returned in original packaging unopened and in their original plastic wrap. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. We do not provide return labels.
We do not refund packages lost by postal carriers. You can reach out to your local postal service provider to remedy those situations.
If an item is unavailable in a specific color way we will send the same title on available stock.
In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email orders@firetalkrecords.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.
Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable. If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital goods contact Bandcamp customer service.
