Dorothy is the “lowkey supergroup” (The Most Radicalist) of UK artists Jude Woodhead (aka Saint Jude), Marco Pini (of GG Skips, Sorry, RIP Magic), and Francesca Brierley (aka heka). Today, Dorothy release their anticipated debut EP, Sea Songs, via Fire Talk Records’ emerging artists imprint Angel Tapes, and earlier this week presented its self-titled final single. “Dorothy” doubles as Sea Songs closing track and self-titled manifesto, a highly evocative and quasi-wordless reflection. Organs ring as filtered vocals burrow beneath waves of oceanic analog, bringing the trio's otherworldly EP to a blissed-out end. It's a singular statement that engulfs and enchants.
