lots of hands Present New Single & Expand 2025 Tour
lots of hands — the UK duo of Billy Woodhouse and Elliot Dryden — are set to release their new album and Fire Talk Records debut, into a pretty room, this Friday, January 17th. Today, the Newcastle-upon-Tyne band presents their final advance single from the record, “barnyard.” An early album centerpiece, “barnyard” marks one of the first properly collaborative tracks written by lots of hands, following years of remote work. On “barnyard,” Woodhouse and Dryden’s vocals intertwine, reflecting a quiet sadness as looped guitars swirl in a pool of sparkling instrumentation. “I’ll brush your hair through a nightmare, breathing in the country air.”
To celebrate the release of into a pretty room, lots of hands are embarking on a brief headlining UK tour, beginning Friday, January 24th at Newcastle’s CLUNY and including stops at London’s Moth Club and Leeds’ Wharf Chambers. Following their headline performances, lots of hands will play a string of shows alongside Crywank.
