lots of hands Release New Single/Video, "grapevine" & Expand Tour !
Today, lots of hands — the UK duo of Billy Woodhouse and Elliot Dryden — present their new single/video, “grapevine,” and expand their forthcoming North American tour. “grapevine” follows a whirlwind year for lots of hands: 2025 began with the duo releasing their Fire Talk debut, into a pretty room, and ended with relentless waves of virality, amassing more than 50 million streams across their prolific catalog. Following a recently-wrapped tour supporting Lala Lala, “grapevine” marks lots of hands’ return, expanding on the beloved touchtones of their sonic palette and gesturing toward what is still to come.
“grapevine” recalls the lo-fi and evocative production of lots of hands’ early releases, anchored by a signature sense of forlorn nostalgia and propelled by lyrics that examine a lifestyle which, until recently, seemed worlds away. “Where you gonna sleep, baby, when your bed’s on fire?,” Dryden sings atop sparse drum programs and an infectious guitar loop, before the track warps and Woodhouse’s vocals come in. “I’m finding myself upstate // I’m searching for a different time // Drawing down a different line // All coming down the grapevine.”
In addition, lots of hands unveil a handful of headlining tour dates surrounding their run with Hudson Freeman. Alongside a newly-announced joint performance with Freeman on May 28th at Elsewhere Rooftop, lots of hands’ headline shows include stops in Louisville, Asheville, Nashville and more. A full list of tour dates are below.
