I wanna wish words from a wishing well a happy belated birthday. What have you been up to for the past few months?
Touring a bunch! Writing new music and also enjoying the end of winter/ beginning of Summer in New york city.
You’ve been rolling out a bunch of remixes for the deluxe. Who would be your dream artist to do a remix for?
Probably the artist I'd want to remix one of my songs the most is PinkPantheress or Horsegiirl, I just know they would do such an amazing job at it and would totally make a banger. The artist for me to remix is too hard to choose… Id love to collaborate in general not just remixing with this band from Australia I recently met and love called Garage Sale, they truly feel like our aussie siblings musically haha
You moonlight as a DJ (an awesome one). What’s your fav track to drop when you’re on the decks?
Definitely any of the songs from Jensen Interceptor and DJ Fuckoff EP from 2022 “Dance Trax, Vol 36” - they have such funny and good acapella samples in it… crowd always goes crazy.
What song do you think is criminally underrated?

You recently went on a tour. Did you visit any cities for the first time and of those - which was your favorite?
Yes! For all of us most of the cities on the west coast were the first time we were going, it was our first time in Portland, Seattle, Boise, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco. Honestly, I really loved Portland and Seattle, the nature was so beautiful and I found the food in Portland really awesome too.
What was the first thing you did when getting back to NYC?
Definitely go dancing at Nowadays
What does it even mean to be a “ New york band ” ?
Having everyone be involved in multiple different projects and have like 2-3 jobs and side hustles…. Haha
Oh and also discussing rent prices on tour lol
If you could transport a band to New York - who would it be?
Maybe like Feeble Little Horse, I would love to see them play more often - I saw them early on in living in New York at a DIY gallery and haven't seen them since.
Last question. Song of the summer predictions?
Hard to pick just one but for me its setting out to be “Delusional” by Erika De Casier, “Girl Like Me” by PinkPantheress, and “Diva” by Model Actriz
